**你的日常工作 :**

* 参与构建版权上传、渠道连接、发行、结算交易链路核心模块的系统设计和开发工作
* 承担核心框架模块的编写，解决开发中的技术难题，参与系统性能的优化
* 从技术角度出发，协助业务侧和产品侧完善解决方案

**我们希望你：**

必须是正直且坦诚的；认为自己是优秀的或者至少是在优秀的路上狂奔的；是有趣的或起码是闷骚的；是乐于分享或是善于鼓掌的

其次：

1. 3年以上web开发经验，有独立部署整套web项目的实践
2. 熟悉Linux的常用操作
3. 掌握Golang，熟悉Python，并有实际线上项目开发经验，熟悉以上语言的常用web开发框架，如Gin、Tornado等
4. 熟练掌握MySQL数据库, 具备MySQL索引优化、查询优化的能力
5. 熟练掌握一种以上非关系型数据库，如Redis，理解其使用场景及限制
6. 熟悉RabbitMQ(划重点)、Kafka等中间件的原理及优化思路
7. 性格沉稳，抗压性强，能输出影响力
