星球发行可以为音乐人分发上架翻唱歌曲，首先需要：

**1、获得得原歌曲版权方额许可与授权证明；**

**2、有了授权证明后，联系我方"看见法务"（**<legalaffairs@kanjian.com>）**进行证明审核；**

**3、审核通过后即可通过星球发行上架翻唱作品。**
